MusicMusic Ministry This information is dedicated to assist pastors, music ministers, worship leaders, etc. as they seek to lead the local church in worship. We will be adding resources and helpful links to this page on a regular basis to assist in your ministry. I am so thankful for our associations and love to partner with them. I, like you, get lots of calls from churches needing interim worship/music leaders, pianists, organists, band members, etc. To help our churches, I have set up a database to gather prospects that we can share with our churches. The resource is only as good as the contents--that is where I need your help. Could you ask people in your association to lamm.fyi/interim if they are interested in filling in for any of these positions? Ask your people also to share this with people they know that might be interested. Some larger churches may have musicians on rotation that could fill in once a month or so. These can sign up as well.
